FAQ
Good questions
How is my fare calculated?
Each category has a per-km rate and a minimum fare. The admin can set different rates for every day of the week. Add-ons like a child seat, pet or package, plus airport or border charges, are added on top. The total you see before booking is what you pay.
Can I book a ride for later?
Yes. Schedule a ride for any time ahead and a driver is assigned before pickup. Drivers see scheduled rides in their own list.
What is a shared ride?
You share the car with another rider going the same way and get a discount on your fare. The discount is set by the admin.
How do I become a driver?
Download the Driver app, create an account and upload a photo ID or passport, your driving licence, your taxi driver licence and a profile photo. Once approved by your fleet or the admin, you can go online.
I own taxis. Is the Fleet app for me?
Yes. Register your company, add vehicles, approve drivers, track them live and download invoices from one app.
